Membership:	If you live within the town of Ruskin you are already a member! R.C.D.F. incorporated in 1994 Our eleven member board meets quarterly. Annual meeting held in June each year. General meetings are held semi-monthly (on hold until further notice- contact us with your questions or concerns) Committees meet on an as-needed basis.
Events:	Annual Ruskin Tomato and Heritage Festival held first weekend each May.
Revenue:	Funds are generated by: Annual Festival Donations Grants Bequests
